We felt it was time to put the spotlight on some of our MacCallum's Boathouse Crew and we are not sure where we would be without Karrie Tremblay. If you are already a customer of ours and have been to the dealership,  you have surely met Karrie!  Karrie is our business manager and has been with us for 17 years! She's a woman of many talents and wears many hats here at MacCallum's. 

Karrie started at MBH back in 2004.  Her day-to-day duties cover a lot, but some of them include greeting customers, service admin & factory support, boat registrations, coordinating sales deals and with the back side of the business with accounts payable/receivable and payroll!  Let's just say that the only things she doesn't do, is fix boats and pump gas! 

Karrie says that dealing with every aspect of the business is the best because she has  something different to do on a daily basis and it keeps her on her toes!  She also says the best part of the job is working with MBH customers!  She gets to truly know the customers and hear about their families and what's new with them.  Whether it's customers picking up their boat for the first time or taking it out from storage, it's always a great day for them!  Not so much when they are dropping it off in the fall though! No one likes that especially after a great summer out on the lake with their families.   Karrie also speaks highly of the whole MBH crew and says everyone is great to work with and that everyone works together as a team! 

Karrie is a vital part of our team and we are all so thankful she has been with us for 17 years. We hope she stays for many, many more!
