Happy New Year to all of our valued MacCallum's Boathouse customers!
What a year it has been for our team here at Northwood Lake… in mid March we were certainly faced with some interesting challenges due to Covid 19 procedures. From closing the store, managing service with text, video and email, adjusting to curbside accessory and part delivery and hands "OFF" boat sales. I am very proud of what we have had the ability to accomplish!
The demand for "family time" during this pandemic has created a never before experienced "rush to the water", and ironically in the midst of an economy mired with decreasing revenue streams… the Boating Industry has flourished. Simply put, boating was one of the activities that you COULD enjoy this summer! In my many meetings at the Statehouse I give credit to the outdoor recreation industry saving NH's economy.
Moving into the initial months of 2021, please be aware that we are continuing to follow CDC guidelines for all dealership interactions.
Our hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday and we are officially closed on Saturday and Sunday. If you are needing to see a new or pre-loved boat on a Saturday morning, we will be happy to coordinate a viewing appointment.

All of the popular water sports gear from HO/Hyperlite like Tubes, Lines, Vests, Skiis, Wakeboards and Wakesurfers are in-stock and ready to go!

We have officially completed moving our mechanical shop into our Storage Facility across from our main store location. It is a much larger and more efficient space to service our customers and our team looks forward to sharing this space with you in the spring. Please be aware that our "check in and reception space" remains the same as all administration functions still take place at the Main Building at 1049 Dover Road, Epsom. In keeping with continuous growth improvement, moving the Service Shop away from the lakeside property made sense… we think you'll agree.
We have received the official announcement that there will be NO Boat Shows in New Hampshire or Massachusetts this winter (a bummer) and as a result we have created two ALL NEW, BOAT SHOWROOMS! All of our brands are now on display INSIDE one of our two new boat showroom spaces here at MacCallum's. Four Winns and Harris are located to the east of our Main Building and Nautique to the west. Our showroom spaces are bright, clean and heated...come visit in any season and view the best of what the industry offers undercover!
